We make the processSOsimple & easy! Just place your deposit online for our half or whole beef order by selecting what variation you want (The McBee or The Cowboy). We will harvest/process your beef within 6-8 weeks and turn it into melt-in-your-mouth steaks, delicious roasts and griller meats - and whatever else is listed on the cut breakdown. Once your beef is ready for delivery, we’ll reach out with another email for the remaining balance and once paid - coordinate delivery with you to your home (Garage DeliveryONLY) to bring you your brand new FREE Freezer - stocked up with the MOST delicious farm-raised beef!
The big difference between the two is that The McBee comes with more ground beef and less roasts. The McBee also comes with ALL BONELESS steaks - whereas The Cowboy comes with more whole roasts and Bone-in Steaks.

All deposits are non-refundable. It’s important to understand that by reserving your share of our herd your deposit is used to plan the raising and finish-out of the allocated cows for the harvest schedule and prepare for processing. We appreciate your understanding of this and advise that deposits can be transferred to another person if needed. Thank you for trusting us to raise and process your beef. This beef is a true investment into the health of you and your family - and we’re blessed to be able to bring a part of our ranch to your home.
Delivery usually takes about 6 weeks from the time of deposit. However it can take up to 8 weeks to receive your order depending on what stage we are at in the harvesting process. The longer lead times are dependent on when the animals are ready to harvest. We will be in touch with an estimated date of delivery.
Our animals are pasture-fed, with plenty of room to roam and enjoy a stress free life! During the last few months we add in a grain feed mix to create incredible marbling throughout the meat and a one-of-a-kind flavor experience with every bite!
All of our beef is processed in a USDA inspected processing facility (that we own and operate we might add!) and vacuum sealed using our top of the line equipment. We process and butcher the beef into smaller cuts, roasts, steaks and ground all individually packaged for you so it’s easy to thaw and prepare. All of our meat comes from beef that is aged 14-21 days for the ultimate flavor experience and is flash frozen upon packaging to make sure you receive the highest quality beef possible!
YES, YES, YES and YES!! Our animals are raised without the use of GMO’s, Hormones or Antibiotics - and we would NEVER inject our cows with the mRNA vaccine. Our animals are raised 100% natural - the way ALL animals should be!
